The major components of the unit are sourced and manufactured in the UK from aluminium and steel.

As part of the design process, a full Health and Safety risk assessment has been undertaken which is available on request. Most RAL colours are available. All galvanised steel parts are to BS EN 10143:1993

The design allows for 1 x 1280 litre Taylor Continental container per module.

Structure: Hot dipped box section 3.0mm galvanised mild steel frame.
Cladding: Polyester powder coated to 1.2mm galvanised steel. All powder coating is to BS729.
Lockable Doors: Aluminium frame with stainless steel fascia Grade 316. Two way lock rod.

The rescape™ coupé bank should be installed onto a reinforced concrete base, to the size of the overall width and depth of the shelter and to a minimum thickness of 150mm. It is important for installation, operation and Health and Safety considerations for emptying the containers, that the base is level. Each module must be secured with chemical anchors.

The components in the rescape™ coupe bank carry a one-year warranty with normal use.

To obtain the best performance from the unit it should be maintained on a regular basis. A maintenance package is available upon request.
