Valpak takes on the responsibility for your compliance
with the WEEE Regulations by making all the arrangements necessary for collecting
and recycling your share of WEEE. We provide comprehensive support and advice on
the data submissions by offering free training, online guidance and a dedicated
contact centre with qualified technical advisors.
We also work with a range of Local Authorities and
specialist treatment operators across the UK to ensure that sufficient collection
and recycling takes place for all our members. We do this as efficiently as possible
so that we keep your costs low.
Everyone pays a set Agency registration fee which
goes direct to the relevant Agency. The Valpak membership fee covers the administration
costs of running the scheme and providing our services. If you are a
Business to Consumer (B2C) WEEE producer, recycling
levies are charged to cover the costs of collecting and recycling your share of
WEEE which is calculated in proportion to your electrical sales. For a current levy
forecast please contact us on
08450 682 572 or email

Current membership fees are as follows:

New for 2011, businesses that place less than 1 tonne of non hazardous EEE onto the UK market
are eligible for our small producer membership for a fixed fee of £250.
This membership option is designed specifically with the small producer in mind;
a single fee covers your Valpak membership as well as all costs for collecting and
recycling your share of WEEE. Full compliance at a fixed price.
